The University of Louisiana Lafayette rewards National Merit Finalists and Semi-finalists with 30 or better ACT scores and a 3.0 GPA with $26,000 over four years, a very nice package. If you are a Valedictorian you can receive two thousand extra the first year.

TOPS

TOPS (the Louisiana?s Tuition Opportunity Program for Students) are merit based awards and they pay on several different levels of performance. You must be a Louisiana resident to apply for these scholarships.
